Our Beginning

M&A Community Outreach was founded by Dr. Dorothy Brown and Dr. Cynthia C. Adell . We are a non-profit 501 (c) 3 tax exempted organization. We are committed to helping our community.

M&A Community Outreach Center, Inc. is operated in Pensacola, FL. Since opening in 2000, we’ve treated every customer with dignity and respect. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services come with a personal touch.

Dr. Dorothy Brown

Dr. Brown has several years of clinical experience in the following: Abstinence Educator/ Mental Health Counselor/Substance Abuse Director /Domestic Violence Counselor/ Cognitive Behavioral Therapist/ Medical Administrative Assistant/Medical Assistant/ Case Manager-Social Work/ Employment Specialist/Behavior Analyst Training/Business Consulting/Allied Health Instructing.

Dr. Cynthia C . Adell

Dr. Adell is a Licensed Professional Psychologist with a specialty in clinical practice. She has experience as a director of mental health and substance abuse services, social work, domestic violence, business consulting. Dr. Adell’s theoretical orientation is inclusive of Cognitive Behavioral Theory, Empowerment Theory and Person-Centered Theory.

Latonya Arnold

Latonya has several years of experience providing the following training for certification: BLS for Healthcare Providers, Heart Saver CPR , AED, First AID ,and Renewal, Medical Assisting Prep/testing, Phlebotomy Training/certification , Patient Care Technician , and EKG Prep/certification. She is also certified as a Allied Health Instructor.

Markita Brown

Markita has training in Phlebotomy , Medical Administration Assisting, Medical Assisting Certification and an Associate degree in Criminal Justice.

Nikeria Peazant

Nikeria has training as a Patient Care Technician, Certified Nursing Assistant ,and Medical Administrative Assistant. and Medical Assisting Certification.
